Neve, Harrison, API input and output transformers

Who makes a rack mount unit that has Neve, Harrison, API input and output transformers?

Because Neve, Harrison, API consoles had input and output audio transformers in them but not the SSL didn't have transformers at all

The Neve, Harrison, API , SSL consoles all had Class A preamps , high voltages for more headroom and higher current right?

These new mixers and consoles use surface mount components very very low current and lower voltages its not the same at all right?
( to much treble and loss the bass,punch and balls of the console from this)

The Neve, Harrison, API , SSL consoles all had different audio transformer windings and input and output impedances so this gave a different timbre and sonic character to that console signature sound?

I looked inside Neve, Harrison, API consoles and saw audio transformers in every single input and outputs why do they do this?
