ProjectMix I/O and Analog Inserts?

Hey There!

I was thinking about upgrading from my MBox to to a ProjectMix I/O and was wondering if anyone knows if you can use inserts like a standard analog board.
I have TC M-One XL and FMR RNC and I want to use to run my stuff thru them before it hits the PC and gets thrown down. I can always use the line outs to accomplish this to my E-MU 0404 sound card, but would rather use the firewire to the PC. Forgive me if this sound like a dumb question, but it is considering my knowledge, which is coming slowly but surely.

This may help, this is what I have so far. I run a DMP3 with my vocal and acoustic/room condensor mic's, then 2 VTB1's to the 57 and 421 on my cabinet. Out from the pre's to the mixing board, the 2 outs from the board to my RNC then to the M-One, out from that to Mbox.

I like this because I dont have to tear down to do things, when inspiration strikes, I turn on and hit it! Any help would be great..

Thanks,

Steve
