MobilePre USB & Sonar Home Studio

I just started using these products and I can't get them to work together right. When I have the audio input set to the MobilePre and the output to the one in the computer, it records and plays back just fine. But when i set the output to the MobilePre, it delays. I tried messing around with the latency in both Sonar and MobilePre but that didn't do anything. Please Help me with my problem.
