Need some feedback... (quick clip)

I've been working on the sound of this for many weeks and finally tried a different EQ component from the kjaerhus gold series. Please let me know what you like and/or what you do not like. I'm most concerned about the overall cohesiveness of the instruments.

Sounds pretty cool man....I think it could use some more bottom from the bass maybe, but don't over do it. I'd like to hear a longer clip, but think my only nit is not quite enough bass.

I'd give the kick a slight boost maybe 1 or 2 db's in the lows to give a little more meat!

Just as a matter of personal taste I'd boost the bass guitar & give it some definition.
Otherwise it hammers away.

I like the first sample better. It is more open and alive but could use some top end on the bass. The second clip sounds compressed and a little muddy.
