The TAMA Warlords
Anyone heard about the new TAMA Warlord snares?
http://namm.harmony-central.com/SNAM...rd-Snares.html $2,600 for a snare, with jewels on the lugs? I'm a big fan of TAMA, but WTF? Are they jumping on the "collector's" bandwagon, or what? How many comic book/D&D stores you think would order them to display among their sword collections?

The maple, bubinga, and steel ones will probably sell for about $650, and the bell brass one for about $1600, according to the Tama drum forum. They look cool, but its a rip off.
