Going Tube:Peavey Classic 30

Well yes I'm finally going tube! I've been watching on ebay for the classic 30 for some time now, then had the bright idea to check Daddy's. They just happened to have one for $279 at one of their stores. What I like even better was that I could get a 2 yr warranty and pay $314, still less than what I could get one on ebay with shipping and no warranty. So I went and checked it out and love it!! That is the sound I've been trying to coax out of my bandit for the last 5 years or so! The tolex is filthy, and there was a streak down the grill cloth where something spilled and pooled at the bottom, so I got them to knock off another $15 bucks. Not much but something. I have to make a few payments, but can't wait to bring it home! And just one more thing, thanks for everyone's info on the classic 30.

One of the few PV products I'd admit to owning! Enjoy!

Really, they did make a lot of bulletproof gear.

Congrats, man!

I swear...the Classic series is one of the best things they've ever done.

I love my Classic 50 410.

Thanks! I forgot to ask, does anyone know how or what I should use to clean the tolex and the grill cloth?
