Which DeVille, 4x10 or 2x12?

I can't decide. I play bluesy rock. Oasis type stuff. I'll also be recording with this amp. Any suggestions?

Thanks

I have a 4-10 DeVille reissue which I really like.

Similar but not the same as a Bassman. The rectifier in the Deville is solid state not tube. That can make a difference in sound. I've played some old Bassman's and prefer them but they don't come cheap now.

I've played the 2-12 Deluxe and prefer the 4-10.

I'm a major fan of 10's myself and I happen to have a 4-10 deVille which I like a lot. For me, I also find 12's to be too fat on the bottom ..... the 10's have a bit more 'snap' to them.
