RCA LAB-1200 Cartridge replacement

Hello all. I have an RCA LAB-1200 turntable. It's roughly a few years old. I just bought a different cartridge I wanted to put on to replace the default one that came with it, but when I took a look at the cartridge on the player, it looked like it was permanently soldered on. I can't find any info on this player on RCA's site (and I doubt I still have the manual lying around). I shot an e-mail to Cust. Support, but thought I'd try here as well. Anyone have any experience with this player, and can a new cartridge be put on?

Thanks.
