cubase vs nuendo
which is better cubase or nuendo ?

they are almost identical. Same sound engine, same interface. Neuendo has additonal encoders which is why it's more expensive

Yup, Nuendo has a lot of video post stuff and can mix in 9.1 surround. If you are just doing audio in stereo or 5.1 surround, Cubase will save you about $1500. For audio, it's the same program.

Cubase is better because it is cheaper.....
No wait..... Nuendo is better because it offers more features.... Are you really seriously looking to buy it? Or are you jsut deciding which one to pirate form the internet. The reason i ask it becuase it sounds kind of fishy that someone that was willing to spend nearly $2000 on software would not know the basic features and differences..... If you are loooking to buy, maybe you should look into a cheaper version of cubase like SE or SL and then upgrade when the need arises. The cost is virtually the same as buying outright.
