punh in/out problem

I know this has been discused before i just cant find it. When I do a punch in punch out, during playback the punch in sounds fine but when it punches out i get i click sound. How do i get rid of this?!?!

Probably the punch out doesn't occur at zero-crossing, or if it does, the subsequent part doesn't. In any case, there is a sudden jump from one part to the other, thus the click. Try crossfades.

I'm with noisewreck. I would move the punch out point.
