What do you want to compress? An individual track or the entire mix?
Acid comes with at least two different compressors.

Did you check the manual? Did you register your software?

i actually posted the question for a friend. i know nothing about acid pro. i'm thinking he wants to compress one track or maybe a couple, but not the whole mix.
