Spdif pre/mixer?

I have been looking around for a while, and can't seem to find much that fits what i am looking for.

I would like a mixer or preamp that has a spdif out on it, so I can use the extra inputs on my delta 66.

If anyone knows of any, I would appreciate a link, to keep in mind I use MXL mics, edirol monitors, and some behringer gear, just to give you and idea of my budget.

Thanks

Simon

the Samson C-Valve has a s/pdif out. It's about $100 too.

You could try a DBX 386, or an M-Audio Octane both devices have what you are looking for.

alternatively, use an effects processor like the TC Electronics M300. get some very useable effects and some good conversion in one box. you'll need a seperate pre as well though, but if you've got extra channels on your mixer (i assume you're using one? i dunno), then you can just come out of the inserts or a buss, and wallah! two extra channels of conversion.

that'd be better in a way, because you'd get Two channels, where as if you got a single pre, you'd only have one.

Andy.

ART make a duel pre with digital out (DPS) for about 260 bucks. I have the non- digital version (TPS II) and really like it for clean guitar.

Yeah i came across the DPS II and i think it is what I want.

As for a mixer.... I actually do not have one... well not one worth using, or with enough channels.

Mackie make a firewire mixer the Onyx series I think. I haven't tried it but their kit has a really good rep.

Also the MOTU 828s are nice. I have a couple of these and they serve as my I/O. They are not cheap though !
