M-312 Mic Power?
I know the M-3xxB's provide phantom power, but I have the 312, no B. Will they power mics that require 24V? Thank you!

I've got one and had to buy a phantom power unit (strangely enough off of this board, I got an old Peavey one with Neutrik ends for a great deal). At least get one with two ins/outs on it. I bought one with four and I've needed it sometimes. They're in the $50-100 range depending on what you get.
Something like this: http://cgi.ebay.com/AUDIO-TECHNICA-F...QQcmdZViewItem Also, if you had a pic preamp, those typically come with phntom built in. Hope this helps. cheers, scott |
