any digitech artist 2112 or 2120 users around?

Hi all,
I have been working with this unit for 2 years now and I really need some assistance in some of the set ups by someone who is well versed with them.
I have the basics down but im lost with certain features that I wish to use in terms of setting them up to work properly.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've been using a 2120 for about 6 years. What are you having a problem with?
