New Post Hardcore/Rock song... need help
here is a new song I recorded from another band that came in this friday.
Just need feedback from you guys. I had to use Drumagog on the snare and kick. The drummers kick and snare sounded like crap. I also think the vocals sit a little to high in the mix. thanks www.jmxdrummer.com/cu.mp3 |

Just a quick one here; The bass is way to loaded in the bottom end and in the overall volume, perhaps drop the level by a few db's-3 or 4 maybe, very prominent and totally blowing the whole mix out. The guitars didn't sound too bad however I struggled to hear to much definition to the bass factor. The singer is very pitchy, a few nasty moments there!..I'm sorry but when it comes to a singer not pitching correctly and being very noticable in doing so, I just can't tolerate it. ..That's why I record mainly instrumentals because I am no singer! The bass was a major issue from my view point. I would like to hear a re-mix on this tune for sure!! Gorty
