Nady RSM-2 ribbon mic on Marshall 2203

Not a full mix, just rhythm guitars...but since this is an MP3 posting section, I figured it would be most appropriate to post it here.

Pre is Studio Projects VTB1. I also need to work on my positioning with this mic, this clip's a bit dark for my tastes. It was about halfway between the dust cap and the edge of the cone, angled perpendicular to the ground.

Yes, it is very loud...you should check your levels and make sure you're not clipping.

It sounds good though.

Haven't listened, but you can pull out some of the layers of mesh inside the mic to open up the sound a bit. Nady put several layers of windscreen stuff inside to protect the ribbon, but it can really muffle the sound.
