Newbie sampling help please

Hi. I am new to making music but i have made some simple beats using fruity loops, but i wanted to know how to sample in it. I want to sample like pieces from other songs. Is this possible in fruity loops?? or do i need a different program for it? If so can you please tell me the program and help me thank you.
