Nice tune man. Has a sort of Beatles type vibe...and I like that it's not over polished. Just rough enough to not sound fake. I think this makes the song more appealing to me. Sounds real. Nice progression. It kept me interested the whole time. Excellent job man...

$ .02

gee... i actually liked it... i know that sounds weird but most of what i hear on these forums is absolute trash... i dig the voice alot...would have done somethings differently with it if i was producing but who wouldnt right? only thing i think it really lacks though is some kind of backing track that moves counter to the bass... ie as the bass is rising it is decending... maybe a different instrument in each verse... 1st nothing ...2nd flute/strings.. 3rd brass that sort of thing so the tune builds.... but the thing to keep in mind is that these additional "tricks" only work BECAUSE the tune itself is solid.... good job...

Very nice. Good tune and clean mix. Vox is a little hot, but that is not bad for this style.

Great job. I really like this song. I can definitely hear Beatles influence; also perhaps a bit of Ben Folds Five. Love the simplicity of the whole thing - lets the songwriting shine through. Solid voice. Hard to recommend any changes (then, again, I'm listening on fairly cheap headphones, so it's hard to critique the overall mix). I also checked out the samples from your site - very nice - keep up the good work.

Cheers,
Kevin
