tascam 22-2 tape threading?

I own / have owned a 22-2 for some time. I bought it from a radio station. I forgot to get a operations manua with it. I am having a very hard time loading a tape. I have not used a reel to reel since I was in highschool and well my brains weren't in my head and certainy my memory.
Can someone please tell me how to load/ thread a tape.All functions seem to operate well...I just want to be sure before I use it.Thanks
