try www.lightningmp3.com and then just copy and paste the hyperlink into your post

Convert your track to MP3 then post it with a host like lightning or soundclcik then copy the link for the location (soundclick has a link tool) & drop that link into a new thread at the MP3 clinic.
Try a few of the sites used by clinic regulars so that you get an idea f how they function.
I use soundclick because it's free & has various systems hi fi lo fi MP3 download etc. All of the hosts have the basic stuff it becomes a matter of which is easiest for the listener to use. As you'll get fewer hits with listeners frustrated by processes, need to register etc etc.
