Converting individual tracks from MR8HD?

Does anyone know what format the MR8HD records to, and more importaintly how to convert the individual tracks to wav files so I can clean them up?

You need to download wavmanager from the Fostex site and it will transfer and convert the tracks for you.

I've got Goldvave to clean up the individual tracks, and Crystal to mix with, but I haven't tried that out yet.
