Chicago area HR brethren– Free flight case (Used)

Anyone in the Chicago area playing Captain Brokeass like myself need a small cube shaped flight case for live situations or travel?

It’s taken it’s fair share of abuse (Has a crack in it, but not a big deal, yet I wouldn’t say it was watertight) , mostly it has a little sticker or tape residue from airports (Which CAN BE a $#%#^ to get off, yet not impossible.)

I’m too lazy to go get a tape measure, but to give you an idea of size – It once housed a computer monitor for travel– I kept my snare in it for storage.

Latches and handle are fine, has foam interior and a dual hinged lid (Non removable)

It’s fiberglass or hard plastic like that roto case stuff, but heavier.

I guess with a bit of ingenuity you could add rack ears and use it like that.

I also have a different style smaller case (for who knows what), but it’s bunk, yet also free!

Neither are the best thing in the world, but if you aren’t picky (Broke) and need something to protect your gear, then it might make you very happy
and that’d be cool.

1st come 1st serve– You’d have to pick it up (NW side)

I appreciate the sentiment! It is cool how everyone is always trying to give folks here a great deal (and free is the best!).

Just wanted to say thanks for giving everyone here first crack at it.

Hey thanks Amra I appreciate it.

I’m always amazed with the sharing of ppl’s time, expertise, opinions, homes to party, STD’s, unwanted pregnancies, laughs, prayers and well wishes here at HR. com

Free stuff makes ppl happy and sometimes it’s their only option

Just added:

FREE: Hardshell (Oval-ish) electric guitar case with red-fur-stuff inside.

(Helpful if your name is Dave as that is stenciled on it. One latch is missing a piece, but still stays closed no problem and it could use a shot of fabreeze because it’s been in a crawlspace for the last 15 years, but I’ll try to clean it up.)

FREE: Semi-hardshell acoustic guitar case–
(It’s in nice condition, but is like student sized maybe and is pretty thin-Very basic.)

Roughly by O'Hare (like 10 miles or less from it) but in Chicago on the NW side.
If interested I can email you pics of the said items and if STILL interested get the whole directions thing sussed out- no worries.
