I've got one and have used it on vox and acoustic guitar. Not bad at all.
The 30 series is a little below (quality and price wise) the 40 series. Still a good mic tho... my 2c |

100$ and i keep the shockmount. (plus shipping) (shockmount fits another mic i'm gonna keep) can get shockmounts for about 30$ a piece on e-bay or whatever. excellent condition. |

I have this mic. It is pretty good for it's price. It is very sensitive and can pick up a mouse fart from 200 feet. So if your sound room is untreated you'll need to hang blankets or something to isolate yourself.
