I've got one and have used it on vox and acoustic guitar. Not bad at all.
The 30 series is a little below (quality and price wise) the 40 series. Still a good mic tho...

I have this mic. It is pretty good for it's price. It is very sensitive and can pick up a mouse fart from 200 feet. So if your sound room is untreated you'll need to hang blankets or something to isolate yourself.
