mineral wool vs. 703
Alright I am using 703 in my control room, it costs twice as much as mineral wool.http://www.atsacoustics.com/cat--Raw...ials--102.html I am wondering if I can use mineral wool to treat my drum room/guitar room which is about 10' x 11'...I have read the absorbtion on both products before but I don't understand why mineral wool is so much cheaper...can anyone tell me why its cheaper and if i shoudl choose it over 703 for the live room?

MW just costs less to make; acoustically, they're virtually identical for any given density... Steve
