NUENDO - which PCI card???

I'm looking at buying Nuendo VERY closely BUT I just ordered a Yamaha DSP Factory soundcard.

According to the posts I've read, Nuendo can give 50+ audio channels on a fast PC, however the DSP Factory's onboard O2R mixer gives just 16!

So am I wasting time/money on this card if I'm planning to upgrade from Cubase to Nuendo? If so, which card should I get and how much is it?
