Where are you starting from and where do you want to go? What do the vocals sound like, and how do you want to change them?

I just want to know what to do to the vocals. I'm starting from scratch.

Start with the volume of the vocal track; bring down peaks by using the volume envelope function - you want to reduce volume peaks so that you can raise the overall level of the vocal and hear even the quiet bits throughout the whole mix. Next, EQ the vocal track: generally, run a highpass filter on the track and cut everything below the lowest note; you might also want to boost a dB or two at 5K or 10K or both. Finally, add reverb. Less is better as a rule of thumb, but one of the things that I've learned that's pretty effective is to increase the amount or 'wetness' of the reverb that you're applying, while at the same time reducing the length of the 'tail' that you're applying to the signal - it gives it space without sounding echoey. It'll take you weeks to learn how to do what I've described. And that's just a beginning.

I have a question that is kind of related to this thread. I have vocals on 3 tracks. What I would like to do is bounce them all to one track, making one wave file of all 3 tracks. How can this be done?
Thank you!
