Newbie needs feedback

I am trying to find my comfort zone with making beats or recording. Tell me what you think of my tracks. I only recently bought monitors (DX4's) but most of these tracks were mixed on headphones or a bookshelf stereo. What are my beats missing?

Welcome to the HR.com fam...it is always beat to give others in the forum feedback 1st then they will return the luv..

from what I heard(since im at work) I think you need to bring your vocals up a bit and most songs..computer speakers maks it hard to get a full listen..so im sure if you hit up others with feedback they will hit you will all the feedback you want..
