My Love....

Liked this right away - rough cut and all.

Very catchy and original tune. The vocals are the highlight here - both the doubled and harmony vocals....really cool. Just needs a little polish and it will really shine....

Cool dobro - we don't get enough dobro around here...

So if this is a rough cut when and where are you re-recording this - can you give us some details? Home/Studio?

Thanks man! Its actually just a plain old Takamine acoustic and a glass slide, i wish we had a dobro!

We are recording at a studio either later this month or early next month. I'll have more details down the road. But we know we're tracking My Love and one other. It's either going to be Sounds or one of our others. haven't really sat down and hashed out the details.

My Love has a garage band sound that reminds me of my youth. (I mean that in a very nice way!) Once you hit the studio try to keep that live vibe that your rough tracks have. I think it gives the song spirit. Oh, and I like the song too. Post a clip once it's mastered.

will do! We usually lay rythym tracks by both of us playing either guitars together, or guitar and drums, or guitar and tamb or shaker.

I think the live feel comes from that in a way.
