Question on M-Audio FireWire Solo
Ok...I have mine currently set up w/ a condenser mic in the 1 mic input. Now, I want to get a second condenser mic for my acoustic guitar. How would you suggest I hook a second one up to this unit?
I was thinking about buying a converter to go from that three pronged mic cable to one of those guitar cables -- then i could just plug it into the second phantom power slot that's meant for guitars....but would this work and would it degrade the sound quality significantly? any opinions would be greatly appreciated. |
