Univox Professional Bass needs help
Hey all, I just bought a vintage Univox Precision Bass and original case for $10 at a garage sale. It has no innards though (pick-ups/pots/wiring). I know they were made as copies of Fender P-bass....so......will P-bass parts fit.
Since the neck is straight I would love to restore the playablility of it. Any suggestions of what will fot or were I can look. I didn't find any info online when I checked on the compatability.

Before you buy any parts, make sure you string it, tune it and let it sit for a couple days to see if the neck bows or not. Congrats on the garage sale gem.

I just ripped the pickups and all the wiring out of the best sounding bass I've ever heard(Gibson Les Paul).
PM me if you're interested |
