Cool Fostex MN-15 mini compressor?

Hey guys, has anyone used one of these Fostex MN-15 mini compressors, . . I just got one, and wanted to hook it up to my 424 mk2 portastudio, . . I thought it might be interesting and experiment with possibly using it as an effect on a bass drum or snare. But, I'm not really sure on what the best way to hook this thing up. . .

The manual is kinda useless, so if anyone has any experince with using this Fostex mini compressor would love to hear back from ya! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Yeah, I actually have one of those. I used to use it faithfully with my x15. Unfortunately I can't tell you how well it works. I havn't used it in soooo long. I should break it out and try it sometime. I know theres only one in and out for the compressor the rest is some kind of mixer.
Funny little thing isn't it?
