compaq query
Hello I am in the process of getting the mbox and i need to know will my compaq pc suffice until i can do better?
Specs: amd 3000 sempron processor(speed 2.00ghz) 512mb ddr sdram L2 cache 333mhz front side bus

I would invest in another 512 megs of ram.

compaq query
Thanks guys i needed that i'm going to trade my old hp laptop for it friday or saturday can't wait to get started recording with it. I'll definitely add another 512 mb ram to it ASAP.

Agreed add the extra RAM, it will improve your overall speed and greatly reduce latency problems for recording.
