Evans G2 coated are what I use, but if you're going Remo I use Ambasadors.

But 1st what sort of sound are you wanting to go for??

Resonant, dead sounding, resonant but dark, thwacky, thuddy, boomy

Describe the sounds you're aiming at, Remo P/stripes off the top of my head

for particular dead sounding toms I use Evans hydraulic

I also use evans G2 coated

And a powerstroke kick

erm.. well the genista i used at ure place.. it sounded sweet...

but i'm double headed toms so it might be different.. Looking for a good nice in ure face tom sound

Remo pinstripes is what I've got on, along with some moongel pads you should get what you're looking for

& for the record the toms 10, 12 & 14 floor are Remo masteredge

I use all remo besides am Evans bass drum, Remo Coated Ambasodor, Remo pinstripes

Toms and kick are all clear Ambasadors, no muting. Felt beaters with a paint can in the middle of the kick. Snare I use a dipomat bottom and the batter is a CS coated head. That's all I need!
