Well the playing sounds good and tight
It's just mixwise things sound kind of cluttered to me.
Just some thoughts that I've been using lately... use some EQ, drop the guitar parts in the low end (below 100Hz for example) and raise them in their best sounding frequencies. Then lower the other guitar parts in the same frequences to seperate things better.
Also, maybe add some punch to the whole track with some compression.
Just some ideas to try from what I hear

You could using something like www.yousendit.com and post the URL... but I doubt many people will download it because of the size. I notice a slight difference between converting between wav and mp3, but it shouldn't be too extreme.
