HearIt phones are the best bet for your buck. I use a pair of the Studio Deluxe ones, they work great for tracking, even drums!

i have senn 280 but they fall far from the 30db isolation they claim. Check out the isolation phones made by vic firth believe the model is VF-SIH (yeah its a drumstick maufacturer) but they isolate extremely well and don't sound half bad. probably around 25db or so. + they are comfortable. they should sell for around 50-60 $
