Korg X5D Help Please!!! Urgent!!!

I was playing my Korg X5D, and all of a sudden the sound went off . I checked everything and it just stopped playing. I can turn it on, and the small LCD screen turnos on, but I don't see the "Korg Welcome.." screen anymore. I don't have any sound. What happened? Has anyone had this problem before? Does anyone know how to fix this??? Please help! Thanks so much!!!

in that other post about the X5D I've mentioned that it could be the little memory backup battery... worth checking out...

When my X5D died in same way like yours I delivered it to Korg Service.
They said that the main board is dead and has to be replaced (mucho $$$$$$) I decided not to and sold X5D as instrument with fault.
I got 200$ for it and then I bought Korg M1. I only needed solo keyboard.
I hope your X5D has a small fault.
