Logic not finding source
I have had a few problems trying to run a keyboard into my firepod MIDI in and Logic 7 not recognizing the keys. Any suggestions?

Have you installed the disk that came with the Firepod?
Does Logic recognize the Firepod at all? In other words, is this just a midi problem or is it an audio problem too?

I've had success recording MIDI before, it's just extremely unreliable. And yes, I've recorded all sorts of stuff through the firepod.

You're obviously on Mac OS X but do you have the newest version?
I've read horror stories about OS X not cooperating/playing well with midi in it's earlier incarnations. Google for 'midi and OS X' and you may find something that will spell out your problem.
