ADAT XT20 to PC setup

I am getting my gear together for mixing and editing my 3 ADATs on PC.

So far I'm considering using the Hammerfall 9652 sound card to get in and out of the PC. My question is, which SONAR software would be best for me. I will not be using MIDI at all. I just want a user friendly program that will allow me to cut and paste, automate and save mixes. Would I have to use the Totalmix program along with SONAR or could I just go into SONAR?

Thanks,
Steve
