Sytek MPX-4A preamp

For sale: Sytek MPX 4-A 4 channel microphone preamp. About 3 years old, used in smoke free home studio. A couple of scratches where I stripped the rack screws and had to get them off with pliers, but otherwise excellent condition. Good preamp for the price. Only reason I am selling it is I just bought a John Hardy pre which works better for my needs.

Solid state unit, transformerless w/class A discrete input, transitor gain input stage. +72 dB gain, THD 0.0015 at 60 dB gain. Transparant preamp w/zero coloration. Does not come with the BB modifications (see Sytek web site).

That's a really good deal. I actually prefer the non-BB channels on my unit...I'd buy this if I needed more pres.
