hey, has anyone had any experience with the zildjian recording hi hats? 10" or 12". i played on them the other day and they seemed really tight and gave a nice "chick" that would record well. does anyone know about these in a recording situation? or live?

thanks>>>michael

Talking

No, I can't say that I have, but I have used the 13" Zildjian K/Z Combination (back when they first came out) and I also used the Sabian 13" HH Fusion Hats (Which was a similar combination) and both sounded killer on tape. They had a little to much "high end" for me for live use, but I mean they sounded KILLER on tape.

Live bad
studio good
But ony if you bring both pair because they tend to get repedative after a while.
