Question about myspace

I signed up at myspace and my URL is http://www.myspace.com/64264431

However, all the other bands I see at myspace have their bandnames in the url, for instance http://www.myspace.com/mortiis and so on.

So, how do I go about changing my URL in this manner?

You enter that when you sign up. I don't think you can change that part.

Well, that is huge fucking problem. I can't really remember seeing that option when singning up. Are you sure?

It's not when signing up, if you click on 'home' it will tell you your current URL and underneath will be a thing saying you haven't chosen your URL name yet.

kurtteej can only hope to improve
that's an option that they have 2 popup dialog boxes for -- they hammer home that once you set it up, you cannot change it. My suggestion would be for you to log in, try to change it and if you can't -- go create a free email address and start over. You can sign up for a gmail or juno address and get rolling again pretty quickly.
