Nice melody and drumwork.

Sounds like the bass hit the output just a little hard. Try ta back of just a little. That should fix that.

Im working with an Akai MPC2000 and Emu PK-6. That is what i used on that track. NO SAMPLES AT ALL!! I DONT SAMPLE!!! EVERYTHING COMPOSED BY ME.

Not bass itself, maybe just the mix output. Might have been clipping in the red and distorting. Or maybe it's the MP3 conversion. If it sounds good when not converted to MP3, try to see if that's what is going on. I just heard some distortion.

Pretty good groove you got going. The scratch samples are used too often and sound too "canned" for my taste. Work on your levels, but I need to do that myself
