Red face what Quantizing level for real feel

what is the best quantizing level for the real feel so that music is not mechanical, but just tightened up?

I like to quantize fully, just to get things in order, and then manually offset things by hand... it takes much longer, but you definitely get the most organic feel...
Assuming you don't wanna sit there dragging MIDI bits for an hour however... you can try about 90% with a 'grove' pattern to keep it from getting too rigid - I just never like the grove patterns all that much and end up fixing by hand anyway!
