Is it possible to assign "step event display window right/left" to a key command?

Is it possible to assign "step event display window right/left" to a key command? I have zoom in/out assigned to the up/down arrow keys, so it would be perfect to have "step event display window right/left" assigned to the right/left arrow keys.

I've scoured the key command list with no luck... anyone have any ideas?

I've no idea, man. I'd settled to dragging the timeline up and down using mouse . Probably someone expert out there had done it.... Sorry couldn't help.
