Tascam Precision 8D or....??

Hey everyone....I tried the search but there wasn't a whole lot on the precisions so.....

Just curious what everyone thought. I was thinking of picking up a pair of Tascam Precision 8D for mixing purposes.

Music style really is everything save maybe classical mostly rock and pop. Does anyone have any experience with these monitors?

My first thought was the Mackies but I thought these might be wirth the extra cash. Agree or disagree? Thanks.
