less dramatic vocals
my vocal range is out of control sometimes (ok most of the time) i ve got a very wide vocal range but all that does is give me more beast to tame...
this usually ends up making me sing in all spectrums the vocal rainbow. is there a way to make your vocals sound less dramatic (micing or singing technique)???

Don't sing all over the place. There's no plug-in that's going to make you sing less notes.

I will say...practice. That will help you immensely. The stuff posted on your My Space site doesn't sound bad at all. Compression might help a little, as will just learning the mic. El Mirrar is actually very good vocally.

I will often track the loud parts and soft parts seperately.
Also, you can try backing away, and facing away a bit from the mic when you sing loud, them compress the living hell out of the vocal afterwards. |
