BX8A monitors pretty decent?

I went to GC today to see what kind of sales they had. I originally was going to go for the KRK rp5's for $200/pr, but went back and saw the BX8A's for $499-$200 instant rebate, so I figured it would be a good purchase. These were originally going to be purchased for keyboard speakers, but I am going to use these as my main monitors and maybe buy some bx5's later on for the keyboard. I wish there was a way to use both of them. Are these decent monitors? I can't find much on them, but hopefully this was a good buy.

Never heard them myself, but from reading about them, seems like you got a steal of a deal.

I like mine, but everything is subjective.

You have to listen to some reference CDs on them yourself.... but $299 is a helluva deal for them.

BTW: I also have a pair of DX4's and that's what I use for my keyboard.
