would these things go together good for hiphop producing?

a DR-770, a SP-202, and maybe a tascam 4-track?

im new to this, and i dont own a computer. and im on a loooow budget. im trying to get the dr-770 on ebay for under 200.
i was looking at the dr-5, but i've put it out of the picture.
