lets beat a dead horse shall we?
ive read a bout a hundred reviews and questions of tascam us122 and i gotta say its been beat to death... but then it seemed to die off ... so here is my query...
i just got one today along with a musicians friend lo-z xrl to xrl cable and a sm57. i am running ntrack and the cubase le with the same results in both i have installed the 3.3.0 drivers and when i record i get a skipping sound i have adjusted the buffers like a mad man, went from smallest to largest avaliable and it still skips actually skips worst in the larger buffer range, what gives? could someone give me there buffer settings that they know works? for either of the two programs... i have now downloaded the older drivers and am going to install those when i get home... also i when i turn the gain all the way up and i hear some bad background noise, probably just the cable, im ordering a new one today... |
