Help With Recording Snake?

I want a (short) recording snake for my basement, so it stays clean down there, but i want a cheap brand...or cheapest high quality brand snake that wont take away from my recording quality....can anybody help me....( keep in mind that i need like 10 to 20 feet to work with

If you're looking to keep it inexpensive, you'll probably want to look at Hosa. In general, they don't have a great reputation, but if you stick with products that are made with decent parts and don't use molded connectors, you'll probably be OK. You didn't mention what connectors you need, nor how many channels.
